Refund policy

Please review the engraving instructions that you have supplied very carefully. Engraved items are not returnable. If the engraving on the item does not match the instructions on the order, we will exchange or refund the item. Refunds or exchanges on engraved items will only be issued for a mistake, not a disagreement on design.

Items that are not engraved are returnable within 14 days of purchase date and subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returnable items must be in perfect condition with all original packaging. Please email us at info@reveredmettle.com for a return authorization number.
